Lionhead Studios released these images of Fable 2, to show how you can dress your characters in different variations. The game is planned to be released in the end of October.

Is it just me or do the trees in the background of pic #6 have HUGE leaves? Must be a "world of Albion" thing :P

i heard this game doesnt have the epic armour from fable 2...which is a shame, something to do with the game now having guns and it not making much sense...shame. still gonna be awesome tho.

i cant deside if this looks current generation or last generation in terms of graphics... some pics look beautiful, but i'm seeing an aweful lot that would not look out of play from fable on the xbox.

I like Fable 2, but I don't see it being a keeper for me.
I will play the game and enjoy it, make a good hero and complete the game and then return it for another game.

Go watch some gameplay vids, every time a game has images posted there is always someone complaining about visuals.
You never get a true prospective with stills.

Yeah, never judge a game by screenshots. Gameplay videos are obviously a better indication. The game's looking very pretty indeed.

I had so much fun with the first Fable and I didn't even finish the game.
The setting and characters/growth in Fable are amazing.

Framebuffer grabs never did Lost Odyssey or Blue Dragon any favors. I think it'll look better in motion.

I have watched gameplay footage (why would you assume that I haven't) and was basing my comment on that as well. The pop-in is worrisome and it just doesn't strike me as a particularly beautiful game, which is disappointing.
I'm still buying this thing when it comes out, don't get me wrong. I thought the original FABLE was visually-challenged yet still a lot of fun.

Screenshots don't necessarily do the game any favours, but any of the footage I've seen has been gorgeous. There are flaws and certain things maybe aren't as high-res as they could be, but the game still ends up looking beautiful despite the shortcomings. The whole is more than the sum of its parts.
